Summary:

The role requires experience of both project/build phase where the operational team and all associated processes are designed and built and then the subsequent run phase where the operational service will be delivered. Provide operational oversight of service delivery of International Cloud Services;

Job details:

You will be accountable to build and then manage the Major Service Center based Operational team responsible for the delivery of International Cloud services.

Full accountability for the quality of service offered and adherence contractual obligations, Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements that relate to the Major Service Center. Support the end-to-end delivery of the company’s International Cloud product set. Member of the International Cloud Operations Management team; Cloud Computing Services Product Management ;Provide operational oversight of service delivery and ensure deliverables are timely and of high quality; Manage all aspects of short and long term managed service engagement necessary to meet and exceed client expectations;

Qualification:

At least 10 -15 plus years of experience in IT industry, preferably in Telecom domain.

4+ years in a similar management role, including matrix management

Broad understating of virtualization and cloud technologies and the specific challenges they bring

Good understanding about Databases, Operating Systems, Storage & backup Management, Infrastructure Engineering activities, Automation tools, Virtualization , management of LAN & WAN, infrastructure  Implementation Management – associated tools and process etc. on Production as well as Development/Test environments.

Expertise in IT Infrastructure such as Managed Services, Remote Infrastructure Management, IT Operations, Service Delivery.

Must have experience in leadership, strategy, Delivery  management, technology and business development. Rich experience in managing and delivering complex projects in global distributed delivery (GDD) environment for strategic clients across geographies (APAC, Europe, USA). Expertise in competency building and new practice setup.
